Hatha Yoga Fundamentals is a low-intensity class perfect for new students and anyone interested in working on what I believe are the foundations of a healthy and effective yoga practice. We will learn about and practice breathing techniques, relaxation and physical asanas (poses) with the aim of bringing about balance between body, mind and spirit.

Relax & Restore
In the Relax & Restore class we will practice relaxation and use physical asanas (poses) to restore natural alignment of the body; our connection to the body; and our relation with it. We will restore vitality, range of motion and strength - class intensity will vary from week to week.
